Shipping + Returns

General: 

  • We aim to ship your order within 48 hours of your purchase. However, sometimes we are able to ship sooner.
  • Sometimes we will recycle a shipping box if we feel it will reduce waste and be the best option for shipping your item quickly and safely.

Shipping to USA Destinations:

  • All packages ship for a flat $9 fee (for shipping within USA). You may opt for Ground Advantage USPS shipping for very small packages or premium shipping services.
  • Extra-large items may incur additional shipping charges. 
  • Any packages returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information will be refunded, less the shipping cost.
  • Shipping insurance is recommended for all packages. Insurance up to $200 is included in USPS, UPS and premium shipping services. The Station does not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Customers will need to work directly with the shipping vendor for insurance claims. If your order is over $200 and would like additional insurance, please contact us for an additional invoice for shipping insurance for your total order amount.
  • Missing packages, missing items or damaged items: Customers that have missing or damaged items will need to work directly with the shipping company for a claim. Keep all of your packaging and contents. If you need additional information from us about your package and the contents of your order, we are happy to assist you in providing documentation about your order to assist you with your shipping insurance claim (we cannot help you with claims if your package does not have insurance). 
International Shipping:
  • International shipping is available. 
  • Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your purchase.
  • Some items may not be available for international shipping, due to vendor agreements or shipper rules.
  • Destination Customs Fees and Tariffs are included through your Shop Checkout. 
  • Any packages returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information will be refunded, less the shipping cost.

Return Policies:
  • In-stock purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or merchandise credit, provided all tags are attached, original packaging is included, the item has not been worn or damaged and original sales receipt is shown. Proof of purchase from our shop is required.
  • Return period is extended during the winter holiday gift season. Items purchased after Thanksgiving may be returned/exchanged within 14 days or exchanged up until January 8.
  • Undergarments, tights, socks, jewelry, face masks, makeup and skincare items are not returnable. 
  • Clearance items are final sale.
  • Special orders: Special orders for DellaLo' Milano, Ballet Rosa and all other brands may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided all tags are attached, the item has not been worn or damaged, for merchandise credit only. 
  • Pointe shoe special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. 
  • Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping. Shipping returns with a trackable shipper is required.
  • Defective items: If your item has a defect, you will need to send the item back to us for inspection. Refunds for defective items are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on brand warranties, wear and tear on the product and amount of time passed since purchase. In cases where we authorize a return for defect, merchandise credit will be offered. 
  • You must contact us prior to shipping back your items. Our return shipping address may not always be the shop address.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased online or in-person from another company/retailer.
